- Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in the Program, you ("Participant" or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling in the Program. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not enroll in the Program.
- Program Description
The Program is designed to teach participants skills related to programming. We design a tailored plan to take you from your current situation toward your goals. You get 1-on-1 support and 24/7 access via coaching calls and text to keep you accountable and help guide you.
- Eligibility
To be eligible for the Program, you must be at least 18 years old. Participants are required to have access to a computer or laptop with a stable internet connection to access the Program content and attend online meetings.
- Enrollment and Fees
To enroll in the Program, you must complete the application process and pay the required fees in full. All fees are non-refundable, regardless of your level of participation, progress, or completion of the Program.
- Program Content and Access
Upon successful enrollment, you will be granted access to the Program content, including but not limited to lessons, workshops, exercises, quizzes, and assessments. You agree not to share, distribute, or reproduce any Program content without the express written permission of the Program.

You agree to not reproduce, distribute, or modify any Program content without the express written permission of the Program.
7.Disclaimers
The Program makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties about your ability to secure employment or achieve any specific level of success or income as a result of participating in the Program. Your success depends on various factors, including your effort, dedication, and individual circumstances.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Program and its affiliates, instructors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program.
9. Changes to the Terms
The Program reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any such changes. You are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms to ensure you are aware of any changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the home jurisdiction of the program instructor, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
